The staff serving our clients is comprised of highly skilled
and experienced individuals with a diversity of backgrounds, who combine to provide our
clients with a complete and total service package. Among these individuals are:
MANAGEMENT
Jeffrey S. Simon, CFSP
Vice President,
Sales and Engineering |

Mr. Simon had a degree from the School of Hotel Administration, in
addition to a Masters Degree from the Johnson School of Business Administration at Cornell
University. His expertise is primarily in food facility design and systems planning, with
extensive experience in menu design, food preparation and operations. Mr. Simon is CFSP
Certified as Level 1, the highest available designation.
Steven L. Paver, CFSP

With more than 23 years in the foodservice
industry, Mr. Paver has been involved in all phases of dealership operations. He holds a
Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida and his expertise covers the broad
spectrum of the foodservice industry from design to sales and training. Mr. Paver is
active in many industry organizations and is serving on the board of Directors of FEDA,
the largest national association. He is also CFSP certified as Level 1, the highest
available designation.

Mr. Simon, a graduate of Cornell
Universitys School of Hospitality Administration, brings additional design
experience to our staff. He has worked on projects with a broad range of size, scope and
concept. These projects, located domestically and abroad, include restaurants,
institutional facilities, hotels, resorts, schools, hospitals and healthcare facilities.
Mr. Simon maintains certification from ServSafe, the leading program currently
established for education in HACCP and food safety for the foodservice industry.

Tabletop and smallwares
specialist with 25 years experience, Mr. Glendening serves the Orlando
market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Grinell
College. Mr. Glendening is a Level I Certified Foodservice Professional,
the highest level. Additionally, Mr. Glendening is ServSafe
certified.

With 25 years of experience in foodservice
equipment, smallwares, and supplies, Mr. Martinez holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Liberal Arts from the University of South Florida. His extensive knowledge of tabletop
design has provided many satisfied clients with unique and creative installations.
Having worked 17 years as a foodservice
equipment and supply specialist, Mr. McLendon is qualified in virtually every area of the foodservice
industry. However, he feels most comfortable when helping customers secure their
supplies. Mr. McLendon has been fortunate to have completed many turn-key packages for hotels,
restaurants, country clubs, health care facilities and resorts.
