A Word About CFSP. . . |
|||||||||
|
Our industry has become increasingly complex, with the
introduction of new equipment, preparation methods and code requirements. A commitment to
continuing education is essential to providing our customers with the level of expertise
that they have a right to expect. In 1986, the National Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM) sanctioned a recognition process for foodservice professionals -- the Certified Foodservice Professional (CFSP), and indicates that the person is fully qualified. To ensure that the individual maintains his qualifications, there are strict continuing education requirements after certification. A CFSP designee had achieved a level of distinction reached by only the industry's finest. Acquiring CFSP status indicates the achievement of a high level of personal and professional growth, development and industry recognition. LOUIS WOHL strongly believes in this program. We believe that our efforts to improve our professionalism can only strengthen our business relationship with our clients and assist us in providing superior service. To this end, LOUIS WOHL currently has more CFSP qualified sales and management personnel than any other company in the Southeastern United States. |
